Suscriptor™ was created to solve the increasing paper problem most companies face. Trying to find paper documents has become a large problem, since administrative staffs have been cut, and office staff people spend too much time searching for the right file cabinet and folder that contains their document, if the document ever got filed.
Suscriptor™ makes it easy for the office staff user to create electronic files from paper, using any scanner or multifunction devices to capture, add metadata, index, create the electronic file and then places them into content manager.

What is Suscriptor™?

Suscriptor™ is a Microsoft Windows based application that manages the capture, classification, storage archive and retrieval of paper and digital documents to Xerox DocuShare,
a web based content manager that is simple and easy to use.
Suscriptor™ provides a flexible and easy to use method of turning your paper into managed and searchable documents in DocuShare. These documents can be easily searched for through a web browser by using the URL for the DocuShare site.
