Suscriptor™ ships with a MSDE Database to keep it affordable and easy to manage, but also easily upgrades an Microsoft SQL Server 2005, to establish document types, enter indexing information, and determine locations in which to put files. Moreover provided is compatibility with applications such as Crystal Reports for end-user developed reports.
Indexing information is linked to Suscriptor standard and custom properties of file objects through the database. Appropriate properties are filled in, and the document is loaded into Suscriptor database. When the document is loaded, a user can search the document by properties.

Customized Versions

Suscriptor™ was designed to be the most cost effective document and process management product available in the market. It can be used as a middleware application for use with most scanners and multi-functional devices and other DMS applications (like Xerox DocuShare), or as an independent system to acquire process and manage files and documents. Customization Services are available to meet your specific needs.
